After searching the internet for invites for my 50th birthday, I was getting extremely disheartened with the 'sameness', lack of creativity and personal touch that was available. A friend recommended that I contacted silver heart design and what a discovery that was! April had said that she had only done wedding invites before, but if I liked any of her designs, adapting to a birthday would not be a problem! The hardest task then was choosing which of the range she had on offer was my favourite! Once that was done everything else was plain sailing. I kept changing my mind over wording, but nothing was too much trouble, and once I was happy with the finished product, the invites were ready within days!
I can't recommend silver heart design enough, a very professional service with the personal touch that takes away all the stress. I wish it had been available when I got married!

Quality service
I was handed the task of generating some Wedding invitations by my partner for our up-coming wedding, being a man I was filled with dread. After some surfing on the net I found this company's website and liked several of their items on show. I phoned and spoke with April whom instantly put my mind at rest. From this point on everything became simple, the process was straight forward and April couldn't have been more accommodating. Within three weeks we have received our first batch of English Invitations and they're fantastic! More importantly, we now require another batch which need to be in Polish. April has kindly taken it upon herself to search and test whether this would be possible, thankfully she has found a way and we can order our next batch soon.
Going the extra mile for her customers should place April AND Silver Heart Design at the top of the list, so as and when you're looking for that something special, look no further than Silver Heart Design!

I can't thank April and her team enough for making the whole process of making my wedding invitations so easy and stress free. Their professionalism and contact with me via email or phone calls whilst sending pdf's and a final sample copy to me in the post made the whole experience enjoyable. April is great! We needed table cards to put on our table plan, as well as table names, and we were quite in a hurry. Despite we showed up at her doorstep unannounced (you are supposed to make an appointment), she was extremely kind to us. She let us in, and she showed us some samples of her work, all handmade. We explained to her what we were expecting, and she was proactive and creative. She asked us to send her the picture we chose as the background of our table plan to be sure to match the right colors. Then, a couple of days later, she promptly sent us samples of what she had in mind. She even added to our table names a final touch we didn't ask for (a couple of very pretty pearls), because she thought it would fit, and it did, we loved it! She also made us feel very pampered, as she answered to our emails almost immediately and explained everything with kindness and patience. When I went to collect the table plan cards and table names I wasn't disappointed. The paper is beautiful, and the cards look elegant and tasteful. Strongly recommended!

I contacted April about 4 weeks ago with a basic enquiry about wedding invitations. She replied within hours with lots of information which made it very easy for me to decide to go ahead. The website also clearly states prices so it is very easy to work out how much you will be spending before you even contact April. As I live close by, I was lucky enough to be able to visit April and see the invitations for myself before I chose the designs. However, this is really not a necessity as they look just as they do on the website. Once I had chosen my designs (I decided to have different ones for the day and evening) April sent me a quote and some very easy questionnaires to help with wording. Only a few days later, the samples were ready! The whole process has been incredibly quick. I suppose it helps that I pretty much knew what I wanted, but April is happy to answer all queries and make any changes, however minor/major. She is always quick to reply and I really felt like she cared. I picked my invitations up on Friday and I am so pleased with them! Even my dad (who is clueless about this stuff and has largely stayed away from the planning process) thought that they were beautiful. The whole experience was incredibly easy and painless and that's now another thing I can tick off my list! Thank you April - I'll certainly be recommending you!
